Financial Aid
Cultural,
socioeconomic, and religious diversity within the School's population is a
commitment of St. John's Episcopal School. Financial Aid is awarded on the
basis of demonstrated family need without regard to race, color, national or
ethnic origin, sex, or religion. The application process for financial aid
is as follows:
- An application for school admission
must be submitted to the Admissions Office
- After an enrollment contract for admission to the School
has been offered and returned with the initial deposit, an application for
financial aid may be submitted
- The Financial Aid Committee will review all requests based on demonstrated need and amount of funding available
- Applicants will be notified by mail regarding the statusof their financial aid award
The determination of financial aid is
made at the Executive Staff level. There are not any teachers or
parents on the Financial Aid Committee. Applying for financial aid is a sensitive and private matter. St. John's provides an application process that is both respectful and completely confidential. The amount of financial aid awarded to each family varies as awards are based on demonstrated need. The
purpose of financial aid is to bridge the gap between the determined
family contribution and the total annual tuition amount. Applications
for financial aid are made annually and the amount of the grant will be
reviewed annually and based on current need.
