Peer Assistance Leadership Program
Peer Assistance and Leadership is an elective course offered for 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students. Students selected to be a part of the PAL program serve as contacts for other students who may need someone to talk with or may need help. Throughout the course, students work through a study called “Success for Teens.” This study shows that success is not about intelligence, appearance, or good fortune. Rather, it is about becoming the best possible person and making the most of the students’ talents and opportunities. The students are continually being trained to set good examples, meet new people, participate in charity work, and helping others. The students are involved in a variety of activities on campus.
