We know that choosing a school is a major decision, not only for your child, but also for your family. Especially in these early years, you want the best possible academic program to build the foundation for your child’s learning life. Equally important, you want the place to feel right—warm and welcoming, inspiring and energizing—like a home away from home, for your child and yourself.
We value the opportunity to provide each prospective family with a meaningful understanding of our school and mission. We are committed to make your admissions experience valuable, rewarding, and enriching. To start the admissions process, begin by completing an inquiry form. If you have any questions, our Admissions Team will be more than happy to help.
Admissions Timeline
- September 1, 2026: Applications Open for the 2027-2028 School Year
- November 9, 2026: Admissions Information Session
- January 8, 2027: Application Deadline for the 2027-2028 School Year
- Applications submitted after this date will be reviewed on a space-available basis after round one decisions are made.
- January 21, 2027: Admissions Information Session
- January 29, 2027: Completed Application Checklist Due
- This includes report cards, teacher recommendation, test scores (if applicable), and any other required items.
- February 19, 2027: Admissions Information Session
- March 1- 5, 2027: Round one Admissions Decisions Released

2027-2028 School Year Inquiry
Interested in joining our school community for the 2027–2028 school year? Applications are now open! Submit an inquiry to officially start the Admissions process. Once you complete the inquiry and create an account, you can fill out the 2027-2028 application, register for an upcoming tour, and RSVP for an admissions information session. We can't wait to meet you!

Admissions Information Sessions
These annual events are an opportunity to meet and hear from members of our administration, faculty, and parent community. You will see many of our St. John's Cardinals in action and learn about our Episcopal identity, STEAM program, and character education. These sessions are a great way for prospective families to engage with our community and see the School.
