The latest technology and teaching methods, as well as a STEAM approach to learning, are employed using project-based activities to provide students with the foundations and tools to problem solve and discover answers on their own.

Character Education

Character Education is an important part of the educational experience at St. John’s. The School fosters in every student a commitment to doing well and doing good. The Character Counts Program is incorporated into the curriculum and emphasizes critical thinking, decision-making and problem-solving abilities, social and emotional life skills, ethical character traits, and practical knowledge which supports the development of the whole child. Through religious instruction and participation in Chapel, students are encouraged to deepen their spiritual awareness and to embrace attitudes of acceptance and inclusion. St. John’s is committed to educating students to become positive citizens who think beyond themselves with an on-going awareness of the needs of those around them.
