Portal Help

• If you have not already received a Welcome Email to the Parent Portal, please contact Advancement.
• Navigating the Parent Portal

Extended Care

• To register for Extended Care, login to the Parent Portal and scroll down to the Extended Care section on the right-hand side of the page. You will be able to select Annual or Drop-In registration.

Attendance 

• To record your child(ren)'s attendance in the Parent Portal, login and scroll down to the red Report Attendance button on the right-hand side of the page. 
• You will be able to select the child, date of absence, and reason for absence here.

Before returning to school, please ensure you have completed the following items:

• Update your information in the Parent Portal
• Review School Policies (Parent Handbook coming in mid-August)
• Update and complete information in Magnus Health 
  • This year, you will be required to upload documents/immunization records/doctor's orders directly into Magnus Health.

• I didn't receive an email from Veracross to set up my Parent Portal
  • Please email Advancement if you did not receive an email to set up your Parent Portal
• I can't locate my Username
  • Your username is the email address that you received the Veracross Welcome email to
